Thursday July 21st was spent touring the Fundy Trail with an emphasis on the Phase II portion of the trail. Phase II will see the completion of the Fundy Trail Parkway from Big Salmon River to the Fundy National Park at Alma. Completion of Phase II will take from 3 - 7 years to complete depending on the flow of capitol grants estimated to be at $28.9 million . The Fundy Trail Parkway will create a world class coastal tourism route with unprecedented access to the Fundy Escarpment and the Bay of Fundy which will rival or exceed the Cabot Trail of Nova Scotia. Rob supports the completion of the trail and is encouraging everyone to visit the Fundy Trail and show their support.
