Chinese New Year
January 28, 2011 -- Toronto, Ontario -- The Honourable Rob Moore, Minister of State for Small Business and Tourism and MP for Fundy Royal, addressed the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office and a large audience to celebrate Chinese New Year in Toronto.
Also present at this celebration was the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. Member of Parliament Lois Brown and Ontario Member of Provincial Parliament Tim Hudak also joined in celebrating Chinese New Year at this event. After speaking to the audience, Minister Moore delivered remarks from Prime Minister Stephen Harper to commemorate the celebration of Chinese New Year.
